Did Ariana Grande Get Memory Erasure Treatment?
Do extremely wealthy celebs have access to futuristic scientific technology that allows them to wipe out their traumatic memories? Based on a bombshell Ariana Grande dropped on the Oscars red carpet, tons of her fans are starting to think so. And we are worried.
When Ariana was questioned about the deluxe version of her Eternal Sunshine album, she cleverly responded with one of the most shocking statements ever. Here’s what you should know.
Rumors That Ariana Grande Erased Her Memory
In a now-viral clip, Ariana masterfully shut down an interviewer’s question about when she’s officially dropping her highly anticipated Eternal Sunshine deluxe album. She fully stunned the man when she said, “They did the Brighter Days memory erasure treatment to me, so I’m having trouble remembering the details.”
Ariana went on to say that her memories are now super “foggy” and that it might be possible to restore her memories if she goes “back to the clinic.” We did some digging, and it turns out that a clinic called Brighter Days Foundation actually exists in Central Ohio.
However, the clinic doesn’t offer services that have anything to do with memory erasure. Rather, the organization stands strong in helping people get through various hardships with financial and emotional support.
It’s safe to say that Ariana was being extremely sarcastic with her response because she didn’t want to share deets about the release date!
And by the way –– Her mention of “Brighter Days” also has a little something to do with the FULL title of her deluxe album. It’s called Eternal Sunshine Deluxe: Brighter Days Ahead. The “Positions” songstress has an entire Instagram page in honor of it with 1.3 million followers.
Is Memory-Erasing Technology Actually a Thing?
Ever since Ariana shocked the world by saying she’d had her memories wiped, people have genuinely been curious to know if memory erasure truly exists. The truth? It doesn’t!
Even though it might be kinda cool to wipe out bad memories and forget negative experiences you’ve been through, this type of science has not been invented in the real world.
Another major detail? Ariana named her album after a movie called Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind starring Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet. In the movie, the lead characters rely on memory-erasing technology to heal from the heartbreak of their failed romantic relationship.
If everyone on this planet could wipe their memories after a breakup, the death of a loved one, or other emotional hardships, this world would be a VERY different place.
When Will the Deluxe Version of Eternal Sunshine Be Available?
Ariana was being silly with her comment about having her memories erased, but her deluxe album is still very much on its way. It’ll be available on March 28. Along with it, she’s releasing a short film.
The album is available for pre-order on Amazon Music and Ariana’s official website right now. Individual songs are also available to be pre-added on Apple Music, Spotify, and iTunes playlists.
Ariana posted an Instagram Reel that revealed some of the additional track names. The extra songs are “Intro,” “Twilight Zone,” “Warm,” “Dandelion,” “Past Life,” and “Hampstead.” The general response from fans is super high-vibrational. Her comment section is filled with supportive messages, including:
- “I’m so so so ready to hear this.”
- “Claiming ‘Hampstead’ and ‘Twilight Zone’ as my new faves.”
- “I can already tell ‘Past Life’ is gonna be the end of me!”
Music lovers will always have a lot to look forward to thanks to Ariana’s supreme vocal talent. She shows up and shows out for fans who appreciate her the most.
