How Hydrant Helps Me Keep My Overall Health On Track

Every morning, I find myself hitting that snooze button more and more. Even after I eventually drag myself out of bed, the groggy feeling stays with me for hours… Is this what getting older is?!

The promise of my double espresso shot is the only thing that gets me up and out the door. But at the end of the workday, I am left with zero energy and a headache. I enjoy my afternoon extra flat white, but I feel like something needs to change.

I used to be able to go to the gym in the morning before work. Now I’m dragging myself to go after work, even though I know I’m just barely getting through sessions.

I was in my gym class, complaining to my instructor when he took one look at me and said, “You’re just dehydrated.” I am not dehydrated! I might not drink my 8 glasses every day, but I always have my water bottle with me.
