After the smashing success of “Glad You Came” finally broke The Wanted in the States, it’s time for the British/Irish boybanders to hold their new territory. Follow-up “Chasing the Sun” failed the set the world on fire, but could new single “I Found You,” coming out in November, give the lads a legitimate second hit? (Our Pop-Off voters seem to think so!)

The song certainly keeps The Wanted on familiar territory. (Although it’s turf One Direction might be trying to muscle in on.) Just as in “Glad You Came,” they’ve hit the club in search of a lovely lady to pitch woo to. Superproducer Steve Mac‘s trademark accordion synths back up some very fist-pumpable drums as the lads’ lust transforms into love with the help of some killer ’90s-era falsetto harmonies. Can a soul be saved by one awesome make-out session? According to “I Found You,” it can.
