What It Was: A voccoder-heavy, TRL-era jam of sexy independence with a hot video, both of which Britney Spears would quickly one-up with her “I’m a Slave 4 U.” Royce Da 5’9″ (of Bad Meets Evil fame) shows up on a guest verse, for some reason.

What Happened Next: Willa never had another pop hit, but stayed a celebrity just the same, becoming the host of MTV’s Say What? Karaoke and FUSE’s immortal Pants-Off Dance-Off, and coming in seventh in the third season of Dancing With the Stars.

Where Are They Now?: Willa still appears on TV every now and then, including recent guest stints on The Glades and Magic City, and having started the trend of pop stars marrying hockey players named Mike (you’re welcome, Mike Comrie and Mike Fisher), Willa recently called it quits with ex-Dallas Stars great Mike Modano, filing for divorce in August.
