Founded in February 2011, Popdust connects fans with today’s biggest and soon-to-break pop, R&B, hip-hop, country and K-pop stars via massive voting competitions, revealing interviews and irresistibly shareable photos, lists and bulletins from the web. Pop music has never been more commercially dominant or more creatively fertile, and this generation’s most compelling entertainers lead vibrant and fascinating lives online. David Wade, President and General Manager/Co-founder: Headed worldwide strategic sales & services for imeem, a social music service that reached 25M users, $14M annual revenue, and was acquired by News Corp in 2009. Senior sales management roles with Vanity Fair, Jane, and Maxim.

Craig Marks, Co-founder: Top editor of Spin and Blender magazines, and editor of Billboard. Co-author of the book I Want My MTV: The Uncensored Story of the Music Video Revolution, published by Dutton in October 2011.

Nick Catucci, Head of Programming: Led rollingstone.com as its first-ever Editor in Chief, overseeing reporting and commentary recognized in 2012 by the American Society of Magazine Editors. Current contributor at Rolling Stone. Previously a senior online editor at New York magazine, ARTINFO and the Village Voice.

Greg Zimerman, Chief Technology Officer: Former roles include Director of Technology at RealDirect, a real estate technology platform that has facilitated over $50M in transactions. Before that, he led integrations at TargetSpot, an online radio ad platform, increasing ad inventory by over 20x.

Kevin Fortuna, Chairman: Founder of Gramercy Labs, an NYC-based incubator of Popdust, Snooth, Lot18. Formerly CEO of Quigo, an advertising technology company sold to AOL Time Warner for $360 million in 2007.
