The Popdust Files: 106 & park, bet, naughty bits, nicki minaj

Nicki Minaj, as she’s fond of reminding people, is the closest thing the rap game has to royalty: She’s the princess, the Queen, and even has a fancy British accent to boot. So of course, if Nicki was going to get in the nip slip game, she was going to do it right. No such Rita Ora-style grandstanding from her; when Nicki Minaj unveils her areola, she’s going to do it in a dignified manner.

Which brings us to these shots from Minaj’s appearance on BET’s 106 & Park Monday. Subtlety is truly the mark of grace.
