When Lee Hi titled her first single “1.2.3.4″, was she predicting how many weeks it would spend at No. 1? While the song hasn’t quite reached the magic number four yet, it has just clocked in its second consecutive week at the top of Korea’s official singles chart–and with the pop-soul throwback still dominating the country’s digital charts, a third week on the throne is virtually guaranteed.

The 16-year-old also looks set to dominate Korea’s music programs for the foreseeable future, landing her first victory yesterday when she defeated Ailee’s Gloria Gaynor-inspired disco anthem “I’ll Show You” on M! Countdown.

If things keep going this well for Lee Hi, following in the footsteps of her superstar labelmates like BIGBANG and PSY will be as easy 1, 2, 3 …
