Taylor Swift Gets Colorful in the Preview for New Song “Red”

It’s Monday, which means that Taylor Swift released another snippet from her upcoming album, Red, on Good Morning America this morning.
This week’s choice? The album’s title track, which to our ears sounds like a pleasing return to Swift’s country root, and an illuminating look at Swift’s theory of color emotion. Blue of course is sadness, with dark grey representing glumness. All fine there. Red, though, is not the violent rage you might expect, but instead a deep and intense love.
We can’t wait for the full song, which should come out some time tomorrow. Do you think all the lines will be about colors? What does Taylor think about fuchsia, or chartreuse?
