Happy Birthday, Beyoncé! Today the Queen turns 31, and continues to amaze with her beauty, talent and knowledge of social media. Over the years, touching her face has become a go-to move during any photo opportunity, mostly likely because it’s so gorgeous, even she can’t resist reminding herself of how nice it feels.
