Upcoming Believe track “Beauty and the Beat,” featuring Nicki Minaj, is already being cited as one of the album’s best. But it also has the potential to become the source of gossip, with early listens claiming that Minaj drops a Selena reference following The Bieb’s lyrical flirtation (“Gotta keep my eye out for Selena”). A song mention is one thing, but just remember the sad history of significant others in music videos.

MEXICO CITY IS MAKING BIG PLANS FOR BIEBER’S ARRIVAL
