Do you want to watch an old video of Beyonce teaching the world how to act while playing pool? Of course you do. Is it fantastic to watch a clip where she’s a real (and awesome) person and not the imperious, distant queen of the music industry, seen only during brief appearances and promenade? Yes. It’s quite fantastic.
The one thing this clip’s missing, though? The actual playing of pool. It’s all reaction shots–great reaction shots, but still. Ah well. People watching leaked material can’t be choosers. And we choose to believe Beyonce can play fantastically, based on everything we know about her and our mental image of her and, you know, we don’t need to justify ourselves, OK?
