The Bieb, The Wanted and Insta-Eliminations on Next Week’s “The Voice”

Geez, The Voice is really going for the kill this week, huh? We’ve been enjoying the show’s live rounds pretty well, but apparently they weren’t exciting enough by half, since NBC will be tripling down on the goodies for this Monday’s episode. Not only will the contestants of Team Blake and Team Christina be fighting for their lives, but there will be live performances from UK boy band sensation The Wanted and fellow coach Adam Levine’s group Maroon 5 (performing new single “Pay Phone” with guest rapper Wiz Khalifa), as well as the live premiere of Justin Bieber’s much-anticipated “Boyfriend” video. This show is still just two hours, right? We don’t think we could take a third hour’s worth of Christina Milian’s hard-hitting Social Media Directing.
And as if all that’s not enough, there will also be an insta-elimination at the end of the episode for both teams, as Blake Shelton and Christina Aguilera will have to make cuts before the voting public has their say. Also, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian will be stopping by to announce their whirlwind engagement and Carson Daly will take off his mask to reveal that he’s actually been 120 Minutes host Matt Pinfield all along. Should be epic, so don’t even think about flipping over to Dancing With the Stars or whatever.
