Can’t say this is particularly surprising information, though it is unfortunate and upsetting just the same. It was apparent that all was not well with Bobbi Kristina Houston when reports surfaced of her being rushed to the hospital (with the infamous “stress” as the listed cause) the day after mother Whitney’s tragic death, and now, The Daily Beast reports that Bobbi was found getting high just hours after her mother’s funeral, though the reports were denied by a Houston family rep. “She needed some time alone,” explains the rep. “She is going through a very hard time as you can expect.”

Meanwhile, Radar Online reports a source close to the family relating father Bobby Brown’s concern for his daughter. “Krissy has taken her mother’s death really hard, not surprisingly, and Bobby is terrified she’s going to do something stupid,” says the source. “He wants her in a treatment center, getting professional help to get her through the grieving process without falling back on alcohol or drugs to mask her pain.” Not to make light of the situation, but when Bobby Brown—who is alleged to have once dropped a crack vial on stage at the VMAs—thinks you have a problem and is worried for your well-being, it’s not a great sign.

We hope the Houston family can come together and support each other in this horrible time, and that the past doesn’t repeat itself with Bobbi Kristina. Really, we’d rather not have cause to have to write too many more articles on this subject altogether.
