Prior to her death, Whitney Houston took the stage in Hollywood for a Grammy Award event on Thursday. CBS News has footage of Houston’s final public performance before her tragic passing, as recorded by a fan at Tru Nightclub. After arriving with daughter Bobbi Kristina, Houston sang “Jesus Loves Me” with gospel singer Kelly Price, host of the For The Love of R&B party, part of a week-long series of pre-Grammy festivities. With Houston’s public performances becoming more infrequent of late, both Price and fans gave her a warm welcome as she began. Houston was found dead in her hotel room at the Beverly Hilton on Saturday afternoon at the age of 48.
