You can cross one name off your list of Music’s Most Eligible Bachelors: Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are engaged, Us Weekly reports. Rumors swirled last month that JT had popped the question to his on-and-off girlfriend of four years, but now sources confirm that the 30-year-old Timberlake proposed “on a mountaintop” in Jackson, Wyoming over the holiday. Sigh. Someone please check the stock of Ben & Jerry’s at our local bodega, as well as the boxed wine supply at the liquor store around the corner. Sure, we give him a hard time, but in a world of despicable male celebrities, we wouldn’t mind a future with one who shares our interests and can easily invite Jimmy Fallon and his wife Nancy on couples retreats. At least Drake‘s still single.

Timberlake’s engagement comes less than a month after news broke that Britney Spears, his former girlfriend and one half of the great pop supercouple of the early aughts, would be walking down the aisle with Jason Trawick. One can never let a former flame have the last word, huh? Bring on the joint ceremony! Congratulations to Justin and Jessica, but we’ll secretly always be holding out for a reunion between JT and Britney. No other couple has managed to coordinate as effortlessly since, and everybody knows Disney duets are forever.
