Human barbie doll Courtney Stodden will put her presumed plastic body parts to the test for Dr. Drew on Monday, during his aptly titled “Lifechangers” episode. Because we’d be lying if we didn’t admit that the teen bride and her 51-year-old husband Doug Hutchison have indeed changed our lives this year—for the better! Think about the lack of Halloween options if we hadn’t met her? The 17-year-old Stodden has been criticized for her mature appearance, gaining suspicions that she’s had a series of plastic surgeries which ostensibly all had to be signed off on by her mother, just like her marriage. To quiet the public disapproval and keep the names of these attention whores in our collective consciousness, Dr. Drew has taken on the arduous task of proving whether or not Courtney is in fact real. Or, “rill.” As much as Hutchison would like to play doctor in this scenario, producers have wisely decided to leave all examining to the professionals, with a plastic surgeon and ultrasound machine on hand to determine what—if anything—on Courtney’s body was altered, and what was just God’s gift…to us all.
