Mary J’s one of those artists you don’t realize how much you miss until you actually hear her perform, which is probably why we got suckered into posting an unofficial track by her a few months ago. The performance on ABC’s “Good Morning America” you’re about to watch, clearly, is official. It’s also exuberant and will make your afternoon better, even if it reminds you that outdoor concert season is coming to a close. She’s just that good.
Mary also told ABC a bit about acting (she’ll do more), her album (about personal struggles, no surprise) and single “25/8″: “Having an extra hour in the day or week to be with those you love. I wish I had an extra day with my mom sometimes…or another hour in the day with my family, husband and children.” Watch “Just Fine” below:
