Look, everyone, it’s a field guide to identifying “Mr. Know It All” when it inevitably leaks before the 30th! (Sorry, Kelly. Easy jokes must be made.) In lieu of sprinkling pieces of “Mr. Know It All” throughout the major Internet portals like Lady Gaga did, she scanned a handwritten document. How analog.

Before you’re either over- or underwhelmed, it’s always a bad idea to judge songs on lyrics alone, especially when–using “Born This Way” as an example again only because it fits so well–they’re not “message songs.” Lyrics are one component of the whole, and many argue that they’re the least important component. (See: anyone who likes music because it “has a good beat.”) This is strictly for memorization/news cycle purposes. That doesn’t keep us from our “Miss Independent” nostalgia. Perhaps she and Mr. Know It All should meet!
