Countess LuAnn’s “Chic, C’est La Vie” Needed A Moroccan Remix

Because everyone knows a terrible spoken word ode to jams, jets and silhouettes can only be made
worse better when accompanied by a the slow beat of a djembe. The ladies of Real Housewives are usually partial to dance remixes, but ever the living and breathing definition elegance, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps decided to once again prove her refined sex appeal by performing a “Moroccan Remix” of second single “Chic, C’est la Vie” on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live. (It’s not good. But not as bad as her performance with Natalie Cole— who signed off on that one?) Draped across a couch, watch as the Countess purrs her way through the song, injecting all the exotic influences she picked up during the ladies’ infamous trip to Morocco, while the poor, unfortunate male drummer pounds away behind her. Come for his awkward faces, sure, but do stay for the sultry “Yeah” at the end.
