Following the Beastie Boys‘ experimentation with action figures and dolls in their newest video for “Don’t Play No Game That I Can’t Win,” comes a cuddlier collaboration with our childhood friends at Sesame Street. Enjoy a mashup of the Boys’ “Sure Shot” set to the singing, dancing and performing of Grover, Ernie, Cookie Monster, et al. (Unlike today’s earlier premiere, no puppets were harmed in the making of this video.) And thanks to their help, those residing on Elmo’s block can enjoy heightened street cred, further proving that even after 41 years they really, really don’t stop (nor do we want them to).
