Has anyone thought about developing an app that alerts you of when Beyoncé is making cute appearances in your neighborhood? After crashing P.S. 161 in May, that rascally Queen B was at it again on Thursday, surprising fans at a Target in East Harlem. B snuck up on some of her younger followers as they performed choreography to “Countdown,” eliciting a slew of screams, tears and nervous convulsions. We love how the kids momentarily freak out, but quickly regain their composure enough to finish the dance. It’s the only proper way to honor B, after all.
