Stop all leisurely Sunday activities you may be doing this instant: Katy Perry’s “Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)” video has arrived. (Although if you’re currently experiencing a hangover of your own, tread with caution. All the bright colors might overstimulate your pounding head.) After the countless teasers and fake Twitter accounts, it’s pretty much what we expected—although pasty shopping with Rebecca Black? We may never recover. Perry’s not-so-secret love for the “Friday” singer continues, as Black plays popular fairy godmother to the helpless headgear-burdened Kathy Beth Terry (whose parents happen to be played by Corey Feldman and Debbie Gibson). Shopping, waxing and a She’s All That makeover montage ensue, making the gawky Sodoku player instantly more attractive to the resident jock, and igniting a rage of jealousy within her real knight in shining armor (Kevin McHale). You know it’s a pretty epic party when the Hanson brothers and Kenny G. show up. Plus, a straight-haired Darren Criss! Never have we ever… puked in a roller skate?
