Nicki Minaj has shown a tendency towards Anglophilia over her career, most notably in interviews, where she’ll often lapse into a British accent for minutes out a time for no apparent reason (or in certain cases, for the purpose of freaking out her UK pop star compatriots). So it should come as no surprise that she was apparently emotionally invested the Royal Wedding this morning—indeed, so apparently was the rest of America.
